CANCELLATION POLICY

At Salon Eunoia, we deeply value the time you spend with us and the trust you place in our services. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to accommodate your scheduling needs to the best of our ability.

 

We kindly request a minimum of 24-hour notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another client on our waitlist.

 

Please note our cancellation policy:

 

-Cancellations made with less than 24-hour notice will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service. 

 

-Clients who miss their appointment or fail to give any notice ("no-show") will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.

 

In both of these scenarios, a payment link will be sent to you. The cancellation fee will need to be settled before booking future appoinments. 

 

We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, and we encourage you to contact us promptly if you need to make changes to your appointment. We will do our best to accommodate your needs whenever possible.

 

For new guests, failing to show up for your first appointment will result in us being unable to offer future services to you. Repeat occurrences may result in dismissal from our salon.
