Salon Eunoia was created for people who want more than “just a service.” We believe your appointment should feel like a reset—where you’re heard, cared for, and guided toward a look that fits your life.
From lived-in color to curl-specific cuts, extensions, and lash artistry, our team blends technical skill with an experience that leaves you feeling confident and inspired.
Our Story
Our story started out 20 years ago when Barbara Forgione left New York and moved to Tampa, Florida. She was a force to be reckoned with in this industry. Over the years, she evolved from a brilliant colorist to a mentor, a teacher, and an inventor. Her chair had the power to transform heads, hearts, and lives.
In April of 2019 after a short but valiant battle with brain cancer, Barbara Forgione passed away. Ultimately we knew that one of the biggest travesties to Barb's legacy would be the dismantling of our salon family. So with the help of clients and family, we came together in a tireless effort to ensure that didn't happen.
Thus, Salon Eunoia was born. An eclectic and creative space that honors all that Barb was and would want us to be. We continue to feed a passion for this craft ignited by a woman gone too soon.
